This is the excuse as to why I have no new paintings

Mainland Sea-Caves  Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Meyers Beach,

Lake Superior Shoreline,  Mawikwe  Bay Sea Caves, Bayfield WI

This is the northern most tip of Wisconsin. Sand stone rocks craved by waves.

 

Ed Whitney , the great watercolor instructor   talked of the relentless pounding of sea saying 'move over' and the rocks replying 'not one inch'. Here I think the pounding waves are winning a bit.
