In May of this year, I was able to attend a workshop “Beyond
the Obvious” by Mike Bailey. It was a
great time. One day, Mike mentioned the
building across the street enjoying the sun and shadows. the next day, he brought in a painting. (He
posted his on his blog, dated May 12 2014.)
I just had to try it too. I was
able to get a traditional fresh look with strong light and dark value. $75 unframed
